	This site in South Australia, proposed for a small subdivision, contains a number of regulated trees (as defined by the Development Act 1993). An arboricultural assessment of all the trees concluded than none of the regulated trees (All Cupressus macrocarpa – Monterey cypress) were worthy of enforcing development constraints on the site but that several non-regulated trees (such as the Cedrus deodara - Deodar cedar in centre of image) were worthy of incorporating into the development.
